Grammar Checker

In most of all softwares using that software is very difficult to use for a beginner but this grammar check software is very simple and by using help option a beginner can know about all options in it. To check spelling in words first step is click the tools menu and in that click spelling option and there will be one dialog box and in that click ok for check spelling and cancel for stop spelling checking. In that dialog box there will be other options also and that includes ignore for ignoring that word once but it will check that word again in that sentence. Then there will be another option called Add to dictionary option which will add that word if it is a new word to those dictionary.

Then there is another option called change by clicking that option the word will be changed. Then there is one more option called start spelling which will start grammar checker for selected words. And there will be one more option called Auto correct option by clicking that option a dialog box will appear and it will be used for capitalization of selected words. Then there will be also dictionary language which will show different language and the user can select the language.
